By creating a QuantReflex account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
QuantReflex is a practice and training tool for speed aptitude — Quant, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning — aimed at candidates preparing for competitive examinations such as CAT, MAH-CET, IBPS and SSC. It is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any examination body, and we do not guarantee any examination result.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. One account is for one person. Your account may be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs out the previous device. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, to attempt payment fraud, or to share paid access.
QuantReflex has a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Free access includes core practice with some limits; Premium unlocks the full feature set including the AI coach, planner, insights, mock tests and premium learning content.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Premium is a one-time purchase for a fixed period — not an auto-renewing subscription. Nothing is charged automatically when the period ends; access simply reverts to the free tier, and you may purchase again if you wish. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
On the website and installable web app, payment is taken by Razorpay. Inside the Android app distributed through Google Play, payment is taken by Google Play Billing, as Google's policies require. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Your Premium access belongs to your QuantReflex account, not to a device or an app installation. Whichever way you paid, signing in to the same account on the website, the installable app or the Android app gives you the same access. If access does not appear on a new device, use Restore Purchase on the upgrade screen.
You may request a refund within 24 hours of your payment. Request it from within the app, or by emailing quantreflex@gmail.com from your registered address. After 24 hours we do not offer refunds, because the full content is available immediately on purchase.
A refund request is not automatic approval — requests are reviewed. If a refund is approved and issued, your Premium access ends and your account returns to the free tier.
Separately from our policy, Google may issue its own refund for a Play purchase under Google's terms, at any time and without our involvement. Where that happens, the corresponding Premium access is withdrawn, however long after the purchase it occurs.
If an administrator grants you Premium as a courtesy, no payment was taken and there is nothing to refund.
Please do not: share or resell your account or paid access; copy, scrape or redistribute the questions, explanations or learning content; attempt to bypass payment, entitlement or usage limits; disrupt or overload the service; or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to your preparation. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits so the service stays available and affordable for everyone.
AI explanations and study plans are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a study aid, verify anything important, and do not rely on them as authoritative. Your AI requests are processed by a third-party AI provider — see the Privacy Policy.
If you enter a coaching institute's code, that institute can see your name, email, plan status and practice performance. Joining is entirely your choice.
We aim to keep QuantReflex available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and content is added and revised over time.
You can delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page. Deleting your account does not automatically refund an active Premium plan, and remaining Premium time is lost.
QuantReflex is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
