QuantReflex is a speed-aptitude training app for Quant, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. This policy describes exactly what we collect, why, who it is shared with, and how you delete it. It describes the app as it is actually built — every item below corresponds to data the app really stores.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and we do not use advertising identifiers. QuantReflex contains no advertising.
Your data is used to run QuantReflex for you: to deliver practice, track and display your progress, generate AI explanations and study plans, apply your Premium entitlement, send the notifications you asked for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling unrelated to your training.

Data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure operated by Firebase. It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest by the platform. We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept after account deletion — see below.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your identity first. You can also request deletion by emailing quantreflex@gmail.com from your registered address. Full instructions, including the web route, are on the account deletion page.
Deleting your account permanently removes: your sign-in credentials, your profile, all practice, performance and session history, bookmarks and mistakes, AI history, study plans and insights, notifications, duel history, and your coaching link. This cannot be undone.
What is retained, and why: we keep your payment records — the plan, the amount, the transaction identifier and the dates. Two reasons. First, tax and accounting law requires transaction records to be retained after a customer relationship ends. Second, these records are what tie a completed purchase to the account that made it; deleting them would allow the same purchase to be redeemed repeatedly on new accounts. These records contain no name, no email, no address and no card details — only an account identifier that, once the account is deleted, no longer identifies any living account. They are marked as belonging to a deleted user and are not used for any other purpose.
You can access and correct your profile in the app, export or request a copy of your data, delete your account, and withdraw notification consent at any time (in your device or browser settings). To exercise any right, contact quantreflex@gmail.com.
QuantReflex is intended for candidates preparing for competitive examinations and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Access to your data is restricted by server-enforced security rules: your practice data is readable only by you (and, if you joined one, by your coaching institute), and entitlement and payment records can only be written by our servers — never by a browser or app. Passwords are handled entirely by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the app.
